Bayonne, New Jersey has implemented new regulations for short-term rentals (STRs), including specific rules for non-owner-occupied properties:

Non-owner-occupied STRs are limited to 60 total nights per calendar year1 7.

Exceptions and Grandfathering

Permit and Registration
